Terms & Conditions - the basics
Welcome to The Blue Luna! Our self defense keychains are designed to help you feel safe and secure. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury or harm caused by misuse or improper handling of our keychains.
2. Our keychains are intended for self defense purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
3. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have consent.
4. reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
5. We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

What to include in the T&C document
​All orders will be shipped by USPS Ground as dictated by federal law when shipping hazardous materials. Once order is packaged and shipping label created, customer will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number. Once package is delivered to the USPS, customer must contact USPS with any delivery issues. Self defense items are intended for adults 18 and older. Any misuse is at the customers own risk. Use of the self defense products is not a guarantee of customers safety. Products are intended to assist customer in safety but is not a guarantee. Use caution when using. Any injury incurred by use of the product is at the customer own risk. By agreeing, you relinquish Blue Luna LLC of any liability from any harm or injury up to and including death that may arise with use of these products.

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange of the product or store credit. To make a return, items must be unused, items must not be damaged or show signs of wear, must have proof of purchase. To return a product back to Blue Luna LLC along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your return items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
